I am devoted to ensuring you have a delightful experience and are satisfied with the artwork you choose to bring into your space. Our policies vary between commissioned pieces and premade artworks. Please review our policy details below:

1. Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage, so we can promptly address the issue. Depending on your preference, we can either:

  • Offer a replacement piece.
  • Provide a refund, excluding the shipping charges.

2. Premade Art Returns: If, for any reason, you are not content with the premade art piece you’ve received:

  • You have the option to return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We recommend reusing the packaging to ensure the art’s safety.
  • Upon receipt and after inspecting the artwork to confirm it’s in pristine condition, we will:
    • Issue a refund, minus the original shipping charges.
    • Or assist you in selecting another artwork of equal or lesser value, as per your preference.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Visualizing Artwork in Your Space: To help you envision how an art piece might complement your room, you can send us a straight-on photo of the desired location. Don’t forget to provide the wall’s dimensions. We’ll digitally place the artwork in your space, aiding your decision-making process.

4. Commissioned Artwork:

  • Commissioned pieces are tailored specifically for you. Thus, all sales related to commissioned artworks are final.
  • Throughout the commission process, you’ll have ample opportunities to provide feedback and request modifications. This ensures the end result aligns with your vision.
