Powered by Spite and Starlight is a 9×12″ original cat portrait painted in acrylic and watercolor on heavyweight paper. Swirls of deep blue and violet wrap around a piercing yellow stare that says, “I saw the future and I didn’t like it.”
Created as Cat Study 12 in my Corona Cat series; painted during lockdown using real cat photo submissions from friends. Sealed with Krylon UV-resistant clear coat, signed on the front, and ready to frame. Certificate of authenticity included. Handle with caution (and snacks).
